Squeegees

SigmaPrint offers three types of squeegee blades, Stainless steel, Nickel-plated spring steel coated with PTFE and Polyurethane in various lengths, shapes and hardness. We also supply squeegee holder assemblies.

Cleaning Rolls

SigmaPrint offers under stencil cleaning rolls for use in the complete range of SigmaPrint and SMTech Printers as well as all other manufactures machines such as DEK and Speedline MPM. Made from Dupont ™ Sontara®, these rolls deliver optimum cleaning performance with value for money.

Mylar Alignment Frames

SigmaPrint offer replacement Mylar alignment frame assemblies. We also offer a refurbishment service for your existing unit for any make of machine.

Board Clamps

SigmaPrint can supply foil clamps and adhesive for all of the SMTech inline machines, from the screw in types used on the later machines to the older glue down type. We also offer a Foil clamp exchange system where your old Foil clamp assembly is replaced with a refurbished unit containing a new foil.

Tooling

A wide range of tooling pins and magnetic supports are stocked. SigmaPrint also offer a custom tooling service.

Screen Frame Adaptors

SigmaPrint offer a wide range of user dedicated and Universal screen frame adaptors.

PCB Transfer belting

SigmaPrint hold on stock PCB transfer belts to cover the complete range of SMTech machines

Vacuum Filter replacements

Over a period of time the carbon granules within the filter units of machines fitted with vacuum under stencil clean become saturated with contaminants from the cleaning process, thus rendering the filter ineffective and releasing potentially hazardous contaminants to into the working environment. Sigma Print offer a filter refurbishment/exchange service as a cost effective method of renewing these filters.

Wipes

Box wipes - SigmaPrint supply 67gsm Polyester Cellulose Wipes. The Wipes are C-Folded and dispensed in a recyclable, non static generative box. These non-woven wipes have hydraulically interlaced fibres that combine the soft strength of polyester with the high absorbency of cellulose for critical cleaning, drying and handling of sensitive components and equipment. Hydraulically interlaced fabric will not unravel or lint. 228mm x 210mm - 150 per pack.

 

Pre Wipes - Each Wipe is a substantial size, and pre saturated with either ISO 501 I.P.A./D.I. Water (70/30) or ISO 502 ODOUR FREE Stencil Cleaner, and offer excellent value for money for such a quality product. The Wipes are produced from a low linting material, offering excellent strength and cleaning ability. Pre Wipes are suitable for cleaning solder paste, inks, flux and other residue left during the SMT processes. 200mm x 200mm - 135 per tub
