With a thorough grounding of the mechanical accuracies required in the hi-tech printing field of  small and miniature components and assemblies, our forte covers a vast range of products from the super critical tolerances of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) printers to, for example, giant trolley units for the raw steel industry.

Software and electronics can also be encompassed within a separate unit to ensure a complete product can be produced - ready for market.

Dependant upon size a  prototyping service is available.

Sigma Product Design & Development strives to ensure that your basic ideas are brought to fruition in the quickest possible time and with the minimum of effort on your part. 2D Drawings and 3D solid models are produced using some of the latest products in the industry.

During the design and development process we focus on the capabilities of the target manufacturing site and employ a 'Design For Manufacture and Assembly' philosophy, keeping the overall costs to a minimum and reducing the time required to launch into full production thus ultimately empowering your profitability.

Confidentiality is a well understood criteria and is always guaranteed. Sigma Product Design & Development are used by a number of established organisations - some in similar product areas.

All information retained by Sigma Product Design & Development including electronic data, documentation, designs, specifications or further information relating to the client's identity or business activities shall be retained by Sigma Product Design & Development for internal purposes only.

Under no circumstances will this information be made available to a third party without the client's express written consent.

Sigma Product Design & Development will agree to any reasonable request made by the client relating to specific confidentiality requirements, in addition to those listed.

Sigma Product Design & Development staff shall adopt the principles of Client Confidentiality and shall incorporate them into the service they provide to the client.
