SigmaPrint Update - January 2008

No major news over the last few years - continuous development of SMT products in the form of the FineFoil patented board clamping system which has proven to be well received and the Micro-Snugger system for the MicroFlex and 100 series machines also reaching many customers.

SigmaPrint continue to support the SMTech range of screen printers (including the MPM, Quad & TDK derivatives) with the added support of the Speedline 1500 which is no longer fully supported by the manufacturer.

Development of customer driven specials have also been part of the SigmaPrint business.

Speedline Technologies bought by KPS

Speedline - purchaser and owners of the SMTech range of Screen Printing Machines - have been bought by the American company, KPS.

Due to increased production and demand for spares, SigmaPrint are on the move to a larger facility.

Speedline - the purchasers and owners of the rights to the SMTech machines, is up for sale. This news however does not directly affect SigmaPrint who will continue to officially support  the SMTech range of Screen Printing machines. 

Indeed, increased production of the MicroFlex and volume of SMTech spares supply have meant that a new larger facility has become necessary to ensure that the demand is met. 

Rest assured that we will be here to support our existing customer base and look forward to welcoming any new customers requiring spares, support and technical advice.  All of the SigmaPrint personnel are ex-SMTech and as the authorised company appointed to cover the machines we have the original technical drawings, software and  publications to legitimately produce the items you require.

SigmaPrint and Cookson Electronics Equipment Group

  SigmaPrint  is the authorised supplier of Service and Parts for the SMTech range of Surface Mount Screen Printing Machines owned by Speedline who presently manufacture these excellent machines in the U.S.A.  All machines will be catered for including the 500, 400, 300, 100 and 90 series.  

Servicing and Parts supply are handled by ex-SMTech personnel who are trained and experienced in the operation and maintenance of these machines.

SigmaPrint also  implements a Design Unit for rapid development of modifications, specials and further development of the current range of machines. The designers within this unit are all ex-SMTech people.
