MicroFlex: Using the skills within SigmaPrint Technologies, SigmaPrint  re-engineered the UP100MV machine into the MicroFlex.  The MicroFlex incorporated a number of innovative features and has been extremely well received and was sold worldwide throughout the Speedline sales network.
FineFoil System: The CustomFoil™ & FineFoil™ Patented board clamp replacement system from SigmaPrint Technologies can be fitted to all surface mount screen-printing machines that use the over the top clamping to secure the substrate. In the past it has been necessary to leave a 5 to 10mm area around the outside of the printed area so that the clamps did not affect the print height. We understand that this is not always possible so when using the CustomFoil system, segments of the foil adjacent to printed pads can easily be removed by simply snapping them out, substantially reducing the effect of varying paste heights measured over the whole printed area.
Micro-Snugger System: The MicroSnugger™(Pat app for) board handling system from SigmaPrint Technologies can be fitted to all MicroFlex and SMTech UP100 surface mount screen-printing machines. The system can be used to clamp boards from 0.8mm thick upwards.  This system substantially reduces costs by eliminating the need for specific size registration pins to suit different PCB’s that you might be presented with.
