Non-Urgent Spare Parts and Consumables

SigmaPrint offers FREE SHIPPING on non-urgent spare parts and consumables as long as certain criteria is met. For details click here

The carrier will usually be the UK Royal Mail and the service normally is Airsure - a trackable service requiring a signature on delivery.

Urgent Spare Parts:

For the delivery of parts required urgently, it is preferred that the parts are shipped via your own courier service. Therefore, in this case, please ensure that you state your courier and your account number on your purchase order.

If you do not have an account with a courier, SigmaPrint can ship on one of our own courier accounts and add the cost of shipping to your invoice. If requested we will always furnish you with the shipping cost prior to billing/dispatch.

Note! None of the courier services will deliver to a Post Office Box (PO Box) as a signature is always required. Therefore ensure that a valid delivery address is stated on your purchase order.
